Case Study: Old Mill Hotel Ramsbottom

At this job we worked alongside MCR GAS on getting there new plantroom installation up and running.

Our job was to wire the heating system and ensure all pumps, valves and boilers were switching in the correct sequence. We undertook the design and installation. How we carried out the job is important as the boiler wiring Center will be super easy to work inside again for the plantroom to be expanded or if any fault finding needs to be done in the future.

We also installed 4 time clocks that allow the client to control each heating zone to the precision of 1 degrees Celsius. This in the long term saves the client money on there heating bills and makes the heating run more efficient in time and cost to run.

We provided a full electrical installation certificate this also includes our professional opinion on the other parts of the installation on how it could be improved and the client a 1 year guarantee on parts and labour.
